Some basic care can help preserve and protect your Aurum jewellery for years to come. We encourage you to bring your Aurum jewellery back to us for professional care.

Our craftsmen are knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of jewellery care. From determining the best method for cleaning stones to restringing pearls to repairing clasps or earring backs, Aurum’s Customer Service Department and Customer Service Associates can assist you. Most jewellery can be maintained with non-abrasive jewellery cleaner. If worn often, pearls should be cleaned and restrung professionally once a year. Avoid exposing gold to household bleach, which will quickly cause gold to disintegrate and discolour. Silver tarnishes rapidly when exposed to salt air and products containing sulphur, such as rubber gloves and certain papers. To remove tarnish, we recommend a non-abrasive silver polish. Storage is also important. At the time of purchase, all Aurum Jewellery is packaged in a protective air tight box, case or tarnish-resistant pouch.

When not in use, we recommend that you place your jewellery in its original casing provided by Aurum. Take care to protect your jewellery from impact against hard surfaces and avoid contact with abrasive surfaces. Many stones such as amethyst, emerald, pearl,peridot and tourmaline are all very delicate and easily bruised. Enameling can also chip or scratch when struck. Extreme temperatures, perfumes, cosmetics and household chemicals can also damage jewellery. We suggest that you avoid wearing your jewellery during any activity that would expose it to these risks.

  • Avoid using Velvet Boxes for Storing Jewellery.
  • Keep Jewellery in Airtight Boxes.

Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracy or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. In such case if customer has placed the order and payment is made and if we are unable to provide the product/products, full paid amount will be refunded to customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Before you return an Aurum product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional methods, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. The stones therefore may vary slightly. All our products go through quality control before shipping.

Returns & Exchanges will only be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging).

4 STEPS TO MAKING A RETURN

  • Please inform us within 3 days of receipt of order. You must email [email protected]to notify us.
  • Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us you are required to send us a photograph of the product, then, it is up to the discretion of the Aurum QC team to decide whether product is approved for return.
  • Once we have received an e-mail notifying us of your concern with the product image and our Quality Control team has authorized the return we will inform you on the most mutually convenient return method.
  • Aurum will replace the items free of charge if possible or issue a refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.

As the charge to your credit card/account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment we will provide a refund to your account via the respective payment gateway if applicable as per the situations given below.

Yes. We do take orders over phone. But even in the case of offline orders, the only payment mode possible is online payment only.

How do I place an order?

Browse through all our collections. Once you have found an item, click on the ‘Add to Cart’ On Product Page. Review your selection by clicking ‘Cart’ link at the top of the page. If you wish you can delete items from your Cart. If you wish to continue browsing, click on ‘Continue Shopping’ button. To complete your order, click on Proceed toCheckout’ button.

How will I know if order is placed successfully?

Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email from aurum.org.in
This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account ->Order Tracking if you have placed the order on your own online.

Do you take orders over phone?

Yes. We do take orders over phone. But even in the case of offline orders, the only payment mode possible is online payment only.

Can I shop virtually via Video-call?
Yes. In fact you would be assigned a personal salesman, who would guide you through all our latest collection. It would be as if you’re in the store by yourself. You can surf around and browse through all our collections and be at the top of the fashion trend.
